- Man face sculpture or devil's face: oval face, narrowed forehead, Four leaves flower decorates in the middle of the head. Thick eyebrows. Sharp nose. Eyes wide open, thick eyelid. Spreaded thick lips. Cleft chin.

- It was found at Nern Tang Phra historic site, Sam Suk district, Suphan Buri. It was moved from Uthong National Museum in May 11, 2000.
